Sprint Htc Touch Pro Applications
Is it reasonable to expect your high-end cell phone to work perfectly out of the box?
I have a Sprint HTC Touch Pro. I think it is a wonderful phone. I am not necessarily wild about WinMobile 6.1 or TouchFlo technologies, but it is now a better phone than when I got it. When I bought the phone it was lackluster and unresponsive. It completed most tasks smoothly, but some of the more interesting apps. were sluggish. Now it is fast and, for the most part, smooth. It has taken time for both Sprint and Windows to get here, but they ARE getting better.
Now, my question. With all of the high-end technologies that it takes to get a phone to do what we want them to, is it reasonable to think it should work perfectly out of the box? The applications run smooth and efficiently. Everything does what is advertised, or hyped, as it is expected, and more.
My question is more about truth in advertising and consumer expectations.
Sounds like reasonable expectations!!!
